Every bust in the Fetch & Form range is sculpted to represent a breed type. Custom Forever Form is different — we work from 2 to 3 photographs of your actual dog to build a form around their specific features.
Each piece is formed and hand-finished in our Brisbane studio. Once made, it will never be reproduced.

The quality of your piece depends directly on the quality of your photos. Here's what we need.
Muzzle closed if possible (we know how hard this is!). No large collar or harness obscuring the neck. Clear, even light. This is your primary reference.
A true side view showing the full head shape and ear position. Avoid angled shots. This defines the sculptural form.
A third image that captures something specific — an expression, a tilt, a moment. This is how we find them.
Each Custom Forever Form is built with care and significant time invested. That said, our pieces are always a characterised sculptural interpretation — not a photorealistic replica. While we work from your images to reference your dog's individual features, we cannot guarantee an exact or striking likeness. What you receive is a considered, handcrafted form that honours your dog's spirit and character. If you have questions about what to expect, please reach out before joining the waitlist.
