Welcome to Fetch & Form! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fetch & Form. Fetch & Form operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Fetch & Form is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
   You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have provided correct, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Fetch & Form is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
   We strive to display our products and services accurately, but colours and appearances may vary depending on your device and screen settings. Product descriptions are provided for general information only and are subject to change without notice. Some of our items are 3D printed, and every piece is unique with its own intricate details. Due to the nature of 3D printing and hand finishing, slight variations are to be expected and embraced as part of the individuality of each piece. Every item is carefully hand-finished and undergoes a quality inspection to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. We do not warrant that the products will meet individual subjective expectations, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. ORDERS
   Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Fetch & Form may accept or decline orders at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed. Please carefully review your order before submitting, as we may be unable to cancel orders after acceptance. Purchases are for personal or household use only. All orders are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, including restrictions on returns for made-to-order and personalised items.

4. PRICES AND BILLING
   All prices are current at the time of order and may change without notice. Prices include standard shipping within Australia unless otherwise stated. International shipping, express shipping, taxes, customs duties, or other charges may apply where applicable. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By completing a purchase, you authorize Fetch & Form to charge the applicable amounts to your payment method.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   Each piece is made to order and delays are possible due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Fetch & Form is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to your nominated delivery address, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All 3D models, designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks on this site are owned by Fetch & Form or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without express written consent is prohibited.

3. OPTIONAL TOOLS
   We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Your use of any optional third-party tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
   Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing these sites is at your own risk.

5. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
   Fetch & Form uses Shopify to provide the Services. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, claims, or issues related to your purchases. You expressly release Shopify from any liability arising from your interactions with Fetch & Form.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
   Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Some information may be stored or processed outside of Australia, and by using the Services, you consent to this processing.

7. FEEDBACK
   By submitting feedback, you grant Fetch & Form a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the feedback for any purpose. You confirm you have the rights to any feedback submitted and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
   We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to update, amend, or clarify information except as required by law.

   You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights, harassing others, transmitting malware, or engaging in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any prohibited conduct.

15. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

16. ASSIGNMENT
    You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights without restriction.

17. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia for any disputes.

18. HEADINGS
    Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of another jurisdiction.
