Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Fetch & Form. The following outlines our shipping policy for orders placed through our store.


Production Time (Applies to All Orders)

Each Fetch & Form piece is made to order.
Please allow 3–10 business days for 3D printing and hand-finishing before dispatch.

Due to the complexity of our designs, some items may require up to 42 hours of print time depending on the model and size.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not produced, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia)

Standard Shipping
Cost: Free (Australia-wide)
Estimated delivery: 3–15 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping
Cost: $15 flat rate per order (Australia-wide)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Express shipping applies to delivery timeframes only and does not reduce production time.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are indicative only and commence after dispatch.
While we aim to meet stated timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Fetch & Form is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


International Shipping

Flat Rate International Shipping: AUD $35
Estimated delivery: 5–27 business days after dispatch

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees.


Tracking & Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fetch & Form is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@fetchandform.com.au, and we will assist in locating the parcel or arranging a resolution where appropriate.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@fetchandform.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the external packaging and internal packing materials

We will assess the damage and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Fetch & Form is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear. However, we are committed to ensuring every order arrives in the condition intended and will work with you to resolve genuine transit damage.
