Each bust is digitally sculpted, 3D printed with care, and hand-finished for a refined, character-rich look. Designed for indoor display, these pieces blend artisan craftsmanship with modern technology to honour the personality of every pup.

Materials & Sustainability:

Our busts are formed with PLA (polylactic acid) — a biodegradable, plant-based polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. PLA produces fewer greenhouse gas emissions during manufacturing compared to petroleum-based plastics and is compostable under industrial conditions. We select high-quality PLA for its durability, detail retention, and reduced environmental footprint, ensuring each piece is both beautiful and responsibly crafted.

Care Instructions:

Display indoors in a prime position.
Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid water, sprays, and harsh cleaners.
Handle gently, just like your own best friend.

Minor surface textures or slight variations are a natural part of the 3D printing and hand-finishing process, reflecting the artisanal quality of each piece.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia)

Christmas 2025 Delivery cut-off dates:

All busts and ornaments are made to order and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.
With Australia Post entering peak season, the following dates are the final cut offs for guaranteed Christmas delivery within Australia:

⚡ Express Shipping – Order by 16 December

Standard Economy Shipping:

Cost: Flat rate of AUD $12.50 (AU delivery address only)
Estimated Delivery: 3–15 business days (after production time)

Express Shipping:

Cost: AUD $17.50 (AU delivery address only)
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days (after production time - Express Shipping option is for delivery timeframes only and does not change the 3–7 days required to make your order)

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for printing and hand-finishing before dispatch. All orders are formed, processed and dispatched within 3–10 business days unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

While we aim to meet these timeframes, delivery estimates are indicative only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Fetch & Form is not responsible for such delays.

International Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 5–27 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Due to the time required to 3D print each item—up to 42 hours depending on the model and size—delivery delays may occur. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted to order.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fetch & Form is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@fetchandform.com.au, and we will assist in locating the parcel or arranging a resolution where appropriate.

Every bust is made to order and hand-finished, so subtle differences in colour, texture, or surface are normal. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

3D-printed items may have minor layer lines or markings inherent to the process.
Measurements may vary slightly due to finishing and material characteristics.
Photos are representative only—each piece is truly unique.

We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, drops, exposure to heat, water, chemicals, or pets/children.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
